Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide great service. Lastly, the breakfast options were simple but delicious. I especially appreciated the effort made to accommodate special dietary requirements, like vegetarian options. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the train station and the lake, making it an ideal location for a city trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even with a language barrier. Breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, offering a good selection of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had ample on-site parking, which was a big plus.

The A/C unit in our room was quite old and noisy, which made it difficult to get a proper night's sleep. Additionally, although the hotel offered an on-site hot spring, it was quite small and lacked a view. However, there was a bigger historical hot spring nearby for an additional fee.

The breakfast was decent and the location was convenient, as it was close to train station and a beautiful lake. the room was clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the hot spring bath which was relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They made a mistake with our reservation and we were forced to pay extra.
